Shipping Information
Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide from our distribution centers. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
Express shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
1. Contact cs@fanlihk.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, underwear, swimwear, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
